We were called out to the property of Mr. Lau at #4 Blazewood, Foothill Ranch, Ca for a water intrusion problem in an upstairs bedroom just under skylight. Rob has a tile roof which can be very tricky to deal with. His concern was that the skylight was leaking and causing the ceiling damage.
We were hired to do the job and we proceeded to remove the concrete tile, roofing felt paper, and roof flashing all the way around the skylight. Most of the roofers quote a job like this for simply going over the existing felt. That is a bad idea because you won’t be able to definitively tell where the water intrusion source is. After we removed the tile, the roofing felt, and roof flashing we were able to identify the leak source, clean the deck, pound down all protruding nails, and provide a permanent solution for this problem.
After the roof repair around the skylight was finished we proceeded to service all of the roof vents, plumbing flashings, add the necessary mortar and apply some finishing touches to his roof to get it ready for winter. Upon finishing the job we provided Rob Lau with our “No Leak Warranty” and here’s what Rob had to say about us.

There were some time lapse issues because the roofer had a gall stone or something issue on the second day, so it took almost a week before they could come out. But otherwise they got the job done. I'm holding off on the 5* until we get the heavy rains. Price was fair too. I'd recommend them.
